Our 3-year learnership program (SAIPA Article focus) is structured to provide you with practical experience, professional development opportunities, and exposure to a broad range of industries and sectors. With a focus on excellence, innovation and integrity, our program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in the fast-paced and challenging world of accounting. The learnership offers a stimulating and diverse range of opportunities, from working on client engagements to participating in business development activities, and from attending workshops and seminars to undertaking professional development courses. You'll have access to experienced and supportive mentors and colleagues, who will help guide and support you throughout your journey with us.
Year 1:
- Join a dynamic and innovative accounting firm that values your skills and potential
- Experience a comprehensive induction program that will provide a deep understanding of our unique company culture, values and accounting procedures
- Work alongside experienced and supportive professionals in various accounting functions, while also participating in professional development courses to enhance your skills
- Be assigned a dedicated mentor who will provide you with valuable guidance and support throughout your career journey
- Participate in exciting and challenging tasks that will develop your technical and interpersonal skills, all while being part of a vibrant and friendly team
- Build on the solid foundation gained in Year 1, as you take on larger projects that will further develop your accounting knowledge and expertise
- Attend exciting workshops and seminars that will help you stay ahead of the curve on the latest industry trends and best practices
- Work alongside more senior staff on client engagements and actively participate in business development activities that will expose you to diverse industries and sectors
- Begin managing your own portfolio of clients, building strong relationships and adding value to their businesses through your financial expertise
- Take on more challenging assignments as you grow into a confident and wellrounded accounting professional
- Be a role model for junior staff, leading and supervising them as they navigate their own career journey
